To expedite your refund or exchange, please contact our Customer Care center at 800-924-8577 for a return authorization number. Include documentation of your order with the merchandise you are returning (either your e-mail acknowledgement, e-mail shipment notice or packing slip).
Please note that visibly worn or washed clothing cannot be exchanged or returned. Close-out items are final sales and cannot be returned. Purchaser is responsible for freight both ways on a return or exchange, unless the merchandise has arrived in unacceptable or damaged condition.
