1.     Who do I contact for customer service?

If you have any questions concerning your order, please contact Customer Service via email at customercare@image-innovators.com.   To expedite service, please have your sales order number ready.

2.    How do I place an order?

Choose the item you want and enter the quantity, size and color (where applicable) in the appropriate fields. Then click the Add to Cart button. When you're done shopping, click on the Checkout link below your shopping cart. We'll take you to a secured server where you'll enter and confirm your shipping information.

3.    How do I see what's in My Cart?

To see the contents of your shopping cart, or to update items, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen.

4.   Can I call you to place an order?

No. All HD Supply Uniform orders must be placed on hdsupplyuniforms.com so we have organized and detailed records of every order. If you are having trouble logging in, email customercare@image-innovators.com for assistance.

 

5.    How is my ordered received?

When you submit an order, it is transmitted securely to our office in an encrypted format. When we receive your order, we will email you an order confirmation within 24 hours.

6.    How can I change or cancel my order?

To change or cancel an order, please contact Customer Service immediately as there may be a chance that we have processed your order for shipment. We will take all reasonable steps to accommodate your request.

7.    How do I pay for my order?

UNIFORM PROGRAM ORDERS - There is no need to pay. HD Supply has a standing agreement for the approved HD Supply Uniforms featured on this site.

CUSTOM ORDERS – If you’ve inquired about items not featured on the HD Supply Uniforms site, you will work with Kurt Kindsgrab.

8.   Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

No, we ship via FedEx Ground, which cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. All shipments must be delivered to a specific street address.

9.    When will my order ship?

TOPS – Items that are in-stock will ship within 2-3 business days once order is confirmed. Items that are out of stock will be backordered and shipped as soon as inventory is available. “You will be notified if any of your items are out-of-stock and will be updated with in-stock alerts and shipping/tracking information.”

BOTTOMS – Limited sizing on pants and shorts are available for shipment within 2-3 business days once order is confirmed.  Pants and shorts not held in inventory and will be shipped directly from the manufacturer within 2 weeks. We will email tracking when your order ships.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not ship orders internationally.

10. How do I track my order?

After you place an order, you'll receive an email from us notifying you of the status of your order, with a link to track the shipment of your order via UPS. You may also log into your account, select View Order and click on Track Order of the associated order number.

11.   How do I return or exchange an item?

12.  What if I get a damaged item?

Please contact customercare@image-innovators.com and we'll ship you a new product ASAP.

13.  How do I cancel an order?

Please contact customercare@image-innovators.com and we will try our best to cancel the order before it processes through the system.
