Browsing the Store
1. The Browse menu bar displays all available item product groups.
2. Click any group name to pull up a preview page of all available products within that group.
3. Click any image or product title to view further details or to order with options.

Search
1. You have the ability to find a product by simply typing in the product name into the search box and clicking the search button.
2. Click Search by Price Range button to find all items within your desired item price. range

Shopping Cart
When you find an item you wish to purchase, enter the quantity in the box and click the Add to Cart button.
When you click the Add to Cart button you will be presented with the list of items currently in your shopping cart. You can change the quantities or remove items at this page also. Click recalculate cart to determine your new total after making changes. Click any category in the Browse menu bar to return to shopping.

My Account
You have two options when you click on the My Account button.

1. Sign In to Existing Account (You must first create a new account.)
2. Create New Account

Creating an account speeds up the checkout process and is a require one-time registration process. After creating your account on the web site, each time you return and order something you do not need to retype all of your shopping information. Creating an account only takes a few moments to complete.

Customer Sign In:
Simply type your Sign In name and Password then click Sign In.

Checkout
Once you have selected all products desired, click on your cart on the top menu to verify all selections, make any charges, and close the cart to proceed to check out. Checking out is a simple three-step process. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit card payments on our secure server (indicated by the padlock on the lower portion of your screen).

At the Checkout Page, if you are not already logged in enter your appropriate username and password to proceed or click on create a new account. (Note: you must have an account created to be able to place an order and sign in.)Checkout Steps:
1. Verify Ship To and Bill To information.
2. Select your shipping and payment options i.e. Visa or MasterCard and enter any appropriate payment information.
3. Click Place Order to finish checking out.

If you provide a valid e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation. We recommend that you print your invoice and keep it for your records.

My Account Page

Click service on top menu.

Enter your username and password to pull up that account specific information.

Now you may select from account maintenance, change password, order tracking, additional shipping addresses, and saved carts/recurring orders.


Order Status
You have the ability to track your orders through this web site which is integrated with the UPS web site. Go to the My Account Page, sign in if needed and click order tracking.


Sales Tax
As required by state law, sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to Wisconsin and other states as per those state tems with Image Innovators.


Payment Methods Accepted
Image Innovators accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards for payment. Your credit card is billed once the order is shipped. Purchase order number and personal check may also be available options at Checkout.


Secure Transactions
It is our policy to never send private information, such as your credit card number, via e-mail.

We designed this Online Store to accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology; for example, 7.0 versions or higher of Netscape Navigator and versions 5.5 or higher of Internet Explorer.

When you begin the checkout process within the E-store, we require that a secure connection between your computer and our computer be established. To do this, we utilize a technology called Secure Socket Layers (SSL). With SSL, information transmitted between two computers on the Internet is sent in an encrypted format that only the sending and receiving computers can decode. By using SSL, we can ensure that no one intercepts any of your personal information while it is being transferred to us. Backorder Policy
Image Innovators is committed to having products in stock at all times. Should an unlikely backorder situation occur, you will be notified of the backorder and given an update as to expected delivery date. If you order one item that is in stock and one item that is out of stock, you can decide to have partial shipment of in-stock items or to wait until all items are ready to ship.

Returns
To expedite your refund or exchange, please contact our Customer Care center at 800-924-8577 for a return authorization number. Include documentation of your order with the merchandise you are returning (either your e-mail acknowledgement, e-mail shipment notice or packing slip).

Please note that visibly worn or washed clothing cannot be exchanged or returned. Close-out items are final sales and cannot be returned. Purchaser is responsible for freight both ways on a return or exchange, unless the merchandise has arrived in unacceptable or damaged condition.
International
We are happy to accommodate your needs for international shipments. Due to the widely varying import restrictions and duties, your international shipments will be processed by our Customer Service Representatives on a one-on-one basis.

Important Delivery Information
We normally ship in-stock items within one business day. Items are shipped by UPS ground unless otherwise specified by the customer during the checkout process. Rush same day shipment is available by request, call for more information.

For an additional charge, you may promote business contacts by adding name, title and phone number to merchandise.
